Orders
Simply browse our collection, select your size and colour, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.
Once your order is completed, a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided at checkout. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder and add hello@claramaye.co.uk to your safe sender list.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, our automated system will have already begun processing your order and changes are no longer possible. Please contact us immediately at hello@claramaye.co.uk if you need to make a change.
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@claramaye.co.uk. Address changes are not possible once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required. No hidden fees at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the carrier. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start the process, email us at hello@claramaye.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and a photo if applicable. For full details, visit our Returns & Refunds page.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method. If you haven't received it after this period, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
