Important Notice: Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on claramaye.co.uk, you agree to the terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made outside of these conditions.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return requests after this period has passed, and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as when received, with all tags still attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Underwear & lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Any sealed hygiene items that have been opened

Damage & Manufacturing Defects

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling of a product. Our return policy covers manufacturing defects only.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Should the issue occur again on the second delivery, you will receive a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@claramaye.co.uk with the following information:

1. Your order number
2. The reason for your return
3. A photo of the item (required in the case of damage or defect)
4. Your contact details

Once your request is received, we will review it and provide you with a return address and further instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and applied to your original payment method.

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please take the following steps:

  • Double-check your bank or card account for any pending transactions
  • Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns
  • We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit
  • The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, we are unable to cancel your order due to our automated processing system.
